At one time, just about every new home that was built came equipped with a lovely beige carpet, which was a favorite with designers, since it would blend well with just about any decorating scheme. Thanks to the many choices now available in the line of carpet, many designers often choose the carpet as the focal point of the room, designing the room around the beautiful carpet that has been chosen. Carpets come in many different colors and patterns, which open up many doors for home decorating themes.

While beige isn�t always the color of choice anymore, many people still prefer the neutral carpet shades, to some of the other choices out there today.
